Istrian brandy with proper selection of nine medicinal herbs and adequate maturation results in medicinal brandy where there is harmony of aromatic and delicious flavor, slightly greenish color.

The grasses that are used are highly present in Istria and their medicinal properties are known since time immemorial. They are most prominent if macerated in brandy, and also if they are harvested in a timely manner.

Mint peppermint (Mentha piperita L.), Mint wild (Mentha longifolia L.), Ruth (Ruta L.), Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis L.), Marjoram (Orriganum majorana L.), Yarrow (Achillea millefolium L.), Basil (Calamintha officinalis L.), Sage (Salvia officinalis L.), Fennel (Foeniculumvulgare L.).
